My daughter order cebuchon for family Christmas party, inside is moist and the skin is crispy. The sauce is delicious but not enough to the portion of the lechon. But overall, every body enjoy the taste of the lechon.
For several years now we have held an annual PigFest at our home for 60-75 people featuring Eva's Lechon, the most recent at the end of September 2024. We ordered the biggest pig she offers and added many other food items that we prepared like spareribs, grilled octopus salad, Korean crab rolls and kimbap, etc. The pig is always fabulous. Within 30 minutes of ringing the dinner bell (we actually have one and do that), the remains of the pig look like something the lions left on the African plain. The meat is tender and delicious, but the skin, oh the skin, is amazing. People talk about the pig and the party until the next year. Thank you Eva. Jim Davis and Sue Choi.
The best lechon place in town is Eva's Lechon. Ordered half medium lechon for our Christmas dinner. It was ready when we picked it up, with an incredibly tasty sauce. It stayed crunchy the whole duration of the party. Everybody enjoyed this amazing tastiest lechon.
The only reason why I know about this spot is because of my friend.. he wanted a roasted pig for Christmas. We was able to order the pig a couple days before and pay for it the day of pick up. You have to call ahead because they are a catering business and all of their roasted pig whole or half was sold out. The place was easy to find and the lady over the phone was super nice. They take cash only so please remember that. After paying my pig was being brought out and the guy walked it to my car, which is a nice touch. It smelled so good and I can tell it was seasoned perfectly. Now this is our Christmas tradition get a roast pig ! Now I'm excited. The place was so cute full of pig decor, no indoor dinning but you can get the feel of the place when you walk in. We will be back hands down, the drive was worth it and I will come again.

This place was great! Masarap ang mga Lechon dito! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and families if they have any special events and maybe during Christmas and the New Years. The Lechon was very delicious and tasty, it just hit the spot right in your belly. The service was great! Was quick and efficient.
